First of all, you're only 14 so you have plenty of time to fill out don't worry. I wouldn't personally put any of that stuff into my body, its a waste of money and no matter the claims can be potentially dangerous. I would say stick with working out and drinking a protein shake after to help build up muscles much safer. And if you have your heart set on" legal steroids" then ask your doctor about it.
Steroids r bad and illegal. Just work or the normal way
