Question: Anti Acids and Methadone?
Do Anti- Acids (tums) effect Oral Liquid Daily dose of Methadone?
Say if someone were to eat 3000mg of tums(anti acids) with say.. 50mg of methadone, would it make the methadone effect stronger? weaker? do nothing?

Tums are calcium carbonate. Calcium carbonate can make it harder for your body to absorb other medications you take by mouth. You should ask your doctor about it.
