cranial nerve case study?!

Question: Cranial nerve case study?
Martha Rose is kicked in the head by Jim Bob’s mule. Martha Rose exhibits the following symptoms: On examination her vision was normal. Extraocular movements were intact, but she had continuous lateral nystagmus, which increased when looking to her left. Her right corneal reflex could not be elicited by stoking the right cornea, but blinking occurred bilaterally when the life cornea was stimulated. Facial sensation to pain and temperature on the right was absent, but there was no facial weakness. Hearing was intact. There was weakness of her soft palate and the gag reflex was diminished. Horner’s syndrome was present on the right side of her face. She had lost pain and temperature sensitivity over the left side of her body, but the muscle strength in her limbs seemed normal. Her balance was very poor and she drifted to the right upon sitting or standing. However, her limbs were not ataxic. Which of Martha Rose’s cranial nerves is likely damaged?

Which part of the head was she kicked?

Trigeminal will control corneal reflex and sensation to the face.

Vestibular part of the vestibular-cochlear will be affecting balance

Hyperglosal nerve controls the gag reflex.

Abducens controls lateral shift of the eye.

Horners syndrome is normally caused by damage to the occulomotor nerve

She'll also have damage to the sensory cortex of the right or possibly the dorsal root ganglion of the spinal cord which will account for loss of pain and temperature on the left..
