Question: How many Saint John's Wort tablets to take?
I acquired a bottle of Saint John's Wort, but the directions merely say "Do not exceed more than three tablets daily"
Does that mean I take three tablets at once, or three throughout the day?
I'm guessing it's 3 throughout the day because as the effect of one wears off, that's when one would take the next one and keep the "benefits" going.

It's fine to take them all at once. St John's Wort is not like a pain pill where you need to stagger them for the benefits. What you want to do is get them in your system so you achieve steady state, this usually takes about 2 weeks. Simply take the 3 pills at the same time everyday.
