How much of that 240 pounds is fat? If a significant portion is then improbable. If your fit then you will likely pass.
Rare user means nothing. The only thing that matters is when you toked last. If it was yesterday, then you're hooped.
And btw, the test doesn't care how tall you are.
It usually takes a month for a normal guy with a normal weight. Fat people usually can carry it for 90 days
