im perscribe .5mg xanax for my anxiety
and i've heard about sublingual (sticking it under your tongue)
now do you have to crush it first or can i put the pill as it is under my tongue
im not abusing, iwould just like to receive the effects faster
and is it more effective

You just put it under your tongue and let it dissolve, once it has dissolved have a glass of something to drink.
I take my xanax this way when, I am having a full blown panic attack.
