There is NOTHING over the counter that will come close to masking the pain of passing kidney stones. Call your doctor and thankfully accept whatever kind of narcotic he's willing to prescribe. Trust me- you'll be happy you did.
You could try taking 1000mg acetaminophen/Tylenol every 4-6 hours (Make sure you don't exceed 4000mg/day) and you can also take ibuprofen/Motrin 600-800mg every six hours. But, just to be safe, call your doctor just to make sure this combo is okay for you. Also, maybe a nice heating pad could help.
Advil/Ibuprofen/Motrin=same drug (It's an NSAID or anti-inflammatory)
Aleve/Naproxen=(also an NSAID, should not be mixed with other NSAIDS)

All OTC products will do is damage your liver and kidneys. 4000 mg a day of any OTC product is a serious overdose.
Go to your local health food store and ask about products that allow your body to flush them out naturally. You're well advised to see a professional Homeopath or Naturopath for proper medical and dietary advice to prevent future stones from forming. If you don't cure the cause you'll have a problem for the rest of your life.
All conventional medicine will do is pain management. It's hardly a solution.
AZO standard works well for kidney pain. Its a little hard to find so ask the pharmacy counter where they keep it. It has an odd side effect, it will turn your urine colors, any where from bright orange to red that will last about 12 per dose. Also try to soak in avery hot bath for as long as you can stand it
