Yes.Ofcourse when i was even just eleven i acted pretty much how the kids my age do now.Maturity has nothing to do with age but just based of physical appearance 13 is pretty young.
I didn't think I was little when I was 13, but looking back I think I was super young. My kid sister is almost 13 now and she's still a baby!
Not little , but not old enough to be considered an adult, so yeah.
I think so. I didn't when I was 13 though, I was like "I'm a teenager now!"
