What are some natural ways to improve poor blood circulation?!

Question: What are some natural ways to improve poor blood circulation?
My hands and feet are always cold. I looked up some of the symptoms of poor circulation and it sounds like I have a number of them. I use to have frequent headaches, but now they're not so frequent; aching hands and feet while in activity, dandruff, hair loss, fatigue, dry skin, etc. I didn't know poor circulation could cause all of this, but now I'm glad I know. Now, I just need a way to fix it.

Your symptoms sound like low thyroid

You may also want to look into magnetic therapy. Apparently, some people have improved their circulation from using it. I guess the theory is that since blood contains iron, the application of a magnetic field near blood vessels may act to stimulate circulation.

best improvements are cayenne pepper, ginkgo biloba, garlic
also increase the amount of vitamin C and D
stop to eat red meats, no carbonated drinks
watch your oils use olive oil only
sunflower oil for deep fraying
eat lots of raw vegetables and fruits
watch your liver, is the main course of your problems

See a professional Homeopath. There's a cause for the poor circulation that needs to be taken care of. This is a chronic problem that can't be dealt with at home.

Exercise.

Peel and dice a mediium carrot. Drop into blender, and one glass of milk, and then blend on High Speed until it is all completely and uniformly blended.

Drink one of these Every Single Day for the rest of life. Best to do it First Thing when arriving home from work or school, a habit.

Check out the results at nine months to insure that you keep following that.

Walk at least 30 minutes every day.

Also use one of these daily

If you go a whole week and have not at least twice eaten mustard greens, spinach greens, turnip greens, broccoli sprouts, alfalfa sprouts, then you have made a grave error of oversight. Four times a week is better.

Eat soups containing barley. Finally, oatmeal with raisins in it, or raspberries, or strawberries, or some apricot jam is good for your case too.

Switch to marmalade for your toast.

After six months, add one RUN around the block daily. As you continue that your speed will pick up. Does not matter if your speed is slow to start. Keep doing it! Best steady pace, not the fastest you can go. Your speed will NATURALLY increase.

And your circulation problems will be solved. Not to mention all the other things that will be solved as well.
