Can I take a multivitamin?!

Question: Can I take a multivitamin?
I'm 19 years old and just bought one a day teen advantage multivitamins and started taking them today. Is this okay for me? I didn't ask my doctor.

Those are vitamins - YES! They don't even come with safety instructions. The worst thing that could happen is a rash if you eat the whole pack or so.

It is ok to take that one and even if you take 2 it will be fine. The amount of vitamins in the supplement will not be a problem even if you accidentally take more than one. You might want to consider taking the adult version next time since you are really past the "teen stage". Even the adult dosage at your age will not be a problem.

You are OK without those vitamins. It's better to check with your doctor. But remember, they are not heaven sent so use your own gut sense. You say you are 19 which means you are very very active. Going to school or university, eating home made healthy food and keeping fit. I have a 19 year old son and he's doing fine with everyday activities. I believe you are fine without those multivitamins.
Enjoy your life while the sun shines.

Of course it's okay, but as the name states, be sure to just take one a day.

I used to be obsessed with vitamins and research them all the time.
