Question: What would you mix liquid magnesium with?
I have a friend taking it and she wants an idea of something to mix it with that will not taste terrible - btw apple juice - bad.

Imho it is best just to take it as it is as there is less volume to take that way so can be over and done with more quickly. Adding it to something will just prolong the taking/taste. If she swigs it down really quickly and follows this up with something nice and sweet (a dry biscuit or something else) to change the taste straight away then that might be a protocol she can follow easily. Otherwise, ask the pharmacist regarding dilution of any medicine.
