Is it possible to make a herbal tincture out of K2 or Spice?!


Question: Is it possible to make a herbal tincture out of K2 or Spice?
I was wondering if it is possible to make a tincture almost exactly the same (similar) to Cannabis Tincture. I am simply looking for a legal alternative to cannabis tincture for a program i am going on.

I think it might be possible. You can make tinctures with almost any herb. Keep in mind though that spice and K2 are becoming restricted and illegal in more and more places.
