Firstly, Kudos for wanting to give it up. Good move. I am also a smoker but am in a good place with it. Here's my advise:

Exercise, it's that simple. Every-time you think about it, get cranky, aggravated, can't sleep, etc. force yourself to get up and go for a run, do some push ups, pump some weights...anything to get your heart rate going. Our body gets rid of THC through, among other things, sweating.

Ergo, the more you sweat the quicker it will be out of your system. You could also ask your local drug store if they have any herbal remedies that will help you to sleep, as I have found that the lack of sleep was the hardest part to deal with.

But what ever you do, stay focused and committed to your goal. Within a few weeks of not smoking weed you will be wondering why you ever started in the first place.

Best of luck mate.

It is physically impossible to be addicted to weed. You may think you are but its all mental. THC is not an addictive drug and weed has nothing in it that has addictive qualities. So basically just have will power and you really have to want to quit.

My mother is an RN at a Rehabilitation facility.

insomnia i have to take Tylenol PM, ive been unable to smoke for the past 30 days and finally im over my wake n bake finally but my immune system is shot to hell now. I mean some people will drink a few shots a few hour before bed i wouldnt recommended this this though alcohol kills.

get a medical card and eat edibles or lip balm or other types of alternatives, you can still get thc in smaller doses and stop smoking weed.

Dude, stogey.
