Question: Are there any natural remedies that help with anxiety disorder, stress, or depression?
please help! i dont like taking medicines that are not natural, preferably herbal teas.

brew a chamomile tea and lay on a grass or something outside in a shade. You could also listen to a relaxing music too. Then you could stuff a clean sock with rice and lavender and dried rose petals, tie it with a string at the end, and put it on your eye lids when you sleep.



Traditional Medicinal Chamomile Lavender works great for me, organic and tasty. I also have these drops I drop 4 on my tongue it's called 'Fox Mountain Emergency Relief' Flower Essence Dosage Bottle, and Homeopathic Calm Drops by Historical Remedies. I picked them up from a natural health store. Works well for me seeing how stressed, anxious, depressed and how many panics I've been getting recently. Cut back on them 10 fold. 5-htp and Melatonin helps too.



Get some GABA from GNC (you can find other brands but I've found GNC to be the one that really works for me) and take 1500mg at bedtime. You can also add other herbs or herb formulas including Valerian Root, Catnip, SAMe, St John's Wort. Chamomile tea is soothing before bedtime.



There are many companies that sell products that will help. Do natural remedies on google, this should bring up many companies.

Absolutely. The best remedy is regular exercise.
