Oil of Olay and Mary Kay. Wash your face morning and night. Cleanse, exfoliate, steam (boil some water in a pot, remove from heat and drape a towel over you and the pot for 10 minutes) and mask once a week. The mask depends on your skin type, you can find a good mask with ingredients in your kitchen if you just Google it. Use Mary Kay eye cream (upper lids move your finger outward from your nose and below you want to move towards your nose). Apply Oil of Olay Regenerist Serum to your face and then in the morning use Mary Kay Time Wise and at Night Oil of Olay Regenerist cream in the red jar.
Drink lots of water, key to looking young. Take a really good vitamin like Natures Plus Source of Life, seriously look at what you are buying as a vitamin because they are not all equal. This stuff is awesome! Eat lots of fruit and veggies.
Don't smoke, drink in moderation.

The best thing for anti aging is doing the basics very well. Get plenty of exercise which includes 20-30 minutes 5-6 times per week of high intensity exercise, eat a low fat diet which includes lots of vegetables and whole grains, and find yourself a good supplement I suggest from G.N.C. Getting adequate sleep is also very important.

Most over the counter products are all the same. Most are filled with cheap ingredients and few beneficial ones. Look for something more natural.

And, consider the inside-out factor. Products can help, but make sure you are using good ones, and not underestimating how important nutrition is. You can supplement from the inside out with vitamins that will help with your concerns. Just make sure they are quality & absorbable...Most aren't!

Vit C is HUGE and make sure it's in a stable form. CoQ10, Alpha Lipoic Acid, Peptides and Alpha/Beta Hydroxy Acids are all great things to look for in the products.

Avoid dyes, fragrances and mineral oil in your products.

I love Arbonne. Just do your research before you invest. A lot of what is on the market is cheap, but hey...nice things are not cheap, and cheap things are not nice. And you are talking about your SKIN...the only thing are stuck with forever! Invest in it wisely.

Feel free to contact me if you want to try what we offer. But like I said, just research & make your own informed decision about what you put on your skin!

I'm 59 have no wrinkles and no grey hair. I take care of my skin from the inside with antioxidants like Co-enzyme CQ-10, Vitamin C, Astaxanthin.....and a well balanced diet. For skin care from the outside I use an organic cream that's loaded with antioxidants as well....

Anti aging supplements include vitamins A, C and E, selenium and many others that you can see in http://au.search.yahoo.com/search;_ylt=A…

nothing makes any difference. The major aging factors for your skin is sunlight and smoking. Quit the fags and slap on SPF
