No, penicillin is your only option.

There are no viable alternatives for antibiotics. There are many different bacteria that can cause infections so you need to know what bacteria you have in order for the doctor to choose the appropriate antibiotic. Antibiotics do kill both good and bad bacteria which can lead to yeast infections, diarrhea and upset stomach, however, if you have a bacterial infection it needs treated with an antibiotic ASAP.

No.

With a handful of exceptions, most antibiotics are derived from a natural product to begin with. They are purified and used in doses far higher and purities far greater than the original source makes.

Molecules can't discriminate against "good" bacteria either. For example, every person has E. coli. Only a few variants are dangerous. It would be impossible for any molecule to tell them apart since they have virtually identical metabolisms.

Edit: Silver is a very weak antibacterial agent. It does not work in vivo.

I do not claim to be an expert on this but I think that acidophiles is one that does that in your stomach. It kills the bad bacteria and is the good bacteria. Acidophiles is the stuff they use to make yogurt. Some yogurts have other kinds of cultures as well, and as far as I know, they are all good for you. I think maybe different ones are good for different things. I need to do more studying to give you a better answer. You can also buy acidophiles by itself.

Colloidal silver is supposed to be a natural antibiotic.

There are none. Many antibiotics are derived from natural sources, but if you try to grow them yourself (like penecillin), you will end up with other things growing in there that will not be good for you.

No.
