Question: If it brakes do i replace?
my son broke his arm when he fell off the living room sofa, should i replace him since he is the picther for the baseball team that i coach. i need some methods to get a new kid since the game is tommorow and my wife is visiting relatives in Australia. since i cant have a new baby should i adopt? i am open to all options here.. borrow someones kid in the middle of the night?

Check out the manufacturer's website for product recall information. If it isn't there, you probably want to contact a trial attorney. Or, if the company is "too big to fail," get in touch with your congressman. They might be gearing up to receive some sort of bailout, and NOW is the time to get in on that action.
Can't you sell the kid on ebay? Then maybe just drive round your local neighborhood looking for a better model.
contact the manufacturer & the retailer for the return & replacement policy. Did you buy an insurance when you got him?
