Is it safe to take cranberry pills?!

Question: Is it safe to take cranberry pills?
I started taking them a few days ago because I had to urinate all the time and it bothered me. No pain no stinging. But now I dont have any of that and I dont know if it was a one day thing. So I was just wondering if its safe for my body to keep taking in those pills if I dont have anything?

It's quite safe for you to take them but it's quite an unnecessary expense, they can alleviate some of the symptoms of UTIs but they CAN'T prevent or cure them, only antibiotics can do that.

I should stop taking them immediately and if your problems return, then a visit to your doctor/urologist is called for.

Sure, cranberry pills are harmless, and quite good for you. Cranberry pills will not harm your body, anymore than eating cranberries would harm your body.

It is quite safe to keep taking them and might perhaps help to stop you getting UTIs.
