I am an 18 year old male, I have been given the first shot for HPV, can I stop? !

Question: I am an 18 year old male, I have been given the first shot for HPV, can I stop? What are the risk of stopping?
I've been thinking about not getting the rest of the vaccine series due to finding that there are some bad side affects associated with this vaccine. I believe that eating a healthy, organic diet of locally grown vegetables and no soda/processed food/meat and other junk, should be enough to keep my immune system healthy. Exercise too. But my question is since I have taken one shot in this vaccine, can I stop now? Because it was a little after I took the shot that I realized how important nutrition is in fighting disease. Do I even need this vaccine?

Answers:

I think it's brilliant that you're only 18 years old and making healthy, informed decisions about what you eat and recognize that diet plays a HUGE role in health. That's commendable.

Vaccines can cause terrible side effects due to their high mercury content. Take a look at this article from Mercola.com for a little more information: http://articles.mercola.com/sites/articl…

Don't let anybody tell you you're crazy. You're 18. You're an adult. You can make these decisions for yourself. If you're having side effects and don't feel you need the vaccine, don't take it.

Best of luck to you. Don't give up.

You can stop, but I advise that you complete the series.

Like all vaccines, there is a nonzero risk, however the benefits outweigh the rare risks- even for males.

Eating a healthy diet is very important to your overall health and well-being, however it will not prevent these diseases. The only way to effectively prevent them is with vaccines.

Have you had any of these 'bad side-effects' ? No? Well that's probably because they're virtually non-existent.

Finish the rest of your jabs. Your diet will not affect HPV, just like people still get HIV irrespective of what they eat or where their food comes from.

Diet: Important to keep you healthy but it's not going to stop HIV, TB, influenza, bubonic plague, leprosy, etc etc

Yes, you can stop. You cannot have an adverse reaction to a vaccine that you do not get. So there is no harm in not getting any more doses.

yes you need both. No eating well isn't going to stop you catching a sexually transmitted virus and giving it to others. Well done btw for getting it
