Lots of rest, eat well fruits and veggies, stay hydrated with lots of water. Increasing your Vit C while your sick is a good idea.

Chop up some raw garlic and add it to a teaspoon of fresh honey, add a dash of oregano and cayenne pepper and swallow the mixture. Do not chew or you'll have bad breath for days. Do not take it if you're allergic to any of the ingredients. These are all natural antivirals that should knock your cold out. Also, if soak your whole body or just your feet in Epsom salt. It helps to naturally detoxify the body. If you've never bathed in Epsom salt before, use very little and be sure somebody is around as some people feel dizzy using them.
