Is there any all natural femine hygiene products?!

I'd find a doctor who can run some tests and see if you can find out what it is (bacterial counts, candida, etc etc), and then see a naturopath to treat it.

In terms of feminine hygiene products, I'd recommend checking out the Moon Cup or Diva Cup during menstruation, as they're a lot cleaner, safer, and 'greener' than anything else available - essentially a reusable medical-grade silicon cup you wear internally, that doesn't clog things up, doesn't leave any fibres or nasties around, doesn't allow bugs to grow, and doesn't upset the internal environment. They also mean zero waste and last around 10 years.

Also, make sure she wears cotton underwear, rather than synthetic fabrics.

I'd also look at seeing a naturopath and finding out if she has any signs of dysbiosis, what her immunity is like, what her nutritional status is, how her liver is functioning, and if there are any allergies or other things going on too.

Is this a real medical doctor who told her these things?

If not - go and see one
If yes - I've never met a medical doctor who recommended douches
