Adderall? is a mixture of amphetamine salts. Cocaine is a member of the local anesthetic family, much like the Novocain? you get at the dentist. They are not in the same family, nor do they have the same effects on the human body.

Ritalin? and Adderall?, when prescribed and overseen by a licensed physician, are actually quite safe. The generic forms are available for under $1/day, which is a bargain considering their medicinal value.

add meds are amphetamines, not quite the same as coke...they fit in the same drug family though.
don't trade amphetamines for cocaine...neither one is good for you.

Adderall made me sleep all the time so I didn't take it for that long, but no I don't see how cocaine could possibly be good for you.
