Green Tea is an antioxidant drink. Tea tree is the essential oil and is used as a topical for treating skin conditions as it kills bacteria, virus, and fungal infections.

They are quite different.

Green tea comes from a plant grown for it's leaves. These are used to make tea leaves for brewing into drinking tea.

White tea, green tea and black tea are just variations related to the preparation of the leaves. The leaves are relatively large when harvested but the processing of drying and crushing leaves us with the small flakes we commonly refer to as tea leaves.

Tea tree oil comes from a totally unrelated species that was given this common name as the leaves resemble processd tea leaves. This is an arromatic oil that it is not recommended for ingestion but makes a natural astringent, antiseptic lotion.
