Painful illness that keeps coming back?!

Do you have gas heat??? I had the same symptoms. But some unusual house odors masked the smell of gas until it became strong in the house. The man I care for has CO PD and the stuff he coughs up smells really strong of the medications he takes for it. Once I walked out side and back in, I could tell it was gas I was smelling.
I called the gas company, they sent a guy out with a gas detector and he couldn't get a reading until he was right on top of the gas logs in the living room. He decided either his meter was broken or I had a much better nose than his meter had sensors.

Oops missed the part about your tooth. I had a sore throat with the gas in the house. You may have a tooth infection/ear infection going on, go to your family doctor/dentist and have them both look you over. Hot tea with ginger and honey in it will ease and sooth your throat until you can get to your doctors and have them both check you out.
