Yoga, get plenty of Omega-3s as a supplement (Barlean's flaxseed is great) and with food like salmon, take some MSM & Glucosamine supplement, make sure you are at a healthy weight or extra weight can add stress to the joints.

I too, suggest movement - just take it easy, or you might hurt yourself alright?
Don't get carried away - ease into it.



Exercise is the best. Gentle at first.

I have a broken back and I still function.



Healthy food too. For stiffness of joints fish oils work.
