Nyquil question?????!

Nyquil is not your best option because it has Acetaminophen and you don't want to take that all the time. There is also dextromethorphan, which a lot of teenagers use to in excess to get high , and will certainly not help with a panic attack. The only thing it has that may act as a relaxing property is a small amount of alcohol.
You can go to the doctor or psychiatrist and get a prescription such as Lexapro and Xanax to name just a couple.
If you have found alcohol prevents/helps with your panic attacks and you aren't going to talk to your doctor, and they don't occur all the time, do a shot before you have to be in a situation that you feel may cause a panic attack.
You can try drinking some chamomile tea before situations that may cause you to have a panic attack. Also, meditation and utilizing relaxation methods, listen to some some light music before these situations.

Never use a medication for anything other than it's intended use.

Go to your physician and he can evaluate and perhaps prescribe an anti-anxiety med.
