Constipation..laxatives..and Peptobismol?!

Well I was very constipated. I took everything that could get me to go to the restroom:prunes,orange juice,activia, and prune juice and of course plenty of water. It got to a point where I still didn't go,so I took laxatives and I finally went. Well I'm still under the effects of laxatives and I just took pepto.(I was beginning to get bad cramps) my question is will the pepto stop me from going or will it make things worse?
