Serotonin is a neural transmitter, not a medicine. Anyone who claims to have sold it to you is scamming you.

Also Ativan is a prescription drug, and you most definitely should not be taking it as a sleep aid.

If you need help sleeping get some regular old Diphenhydramine sleeping pills from the pharmacy. They're almost harmless.
