Question: Have to make stuff for a first aid kit home made plz help?

For school gota make some stuff for a first aid kit need like 3-4 things some examples can be like make a plaster outa duck tape and put two pads on it etc. ANY IDEAS!

You could put in cloves from the spice cabinet for a tooth ache and sage leaves for a cold, salt and honey for a sore throat.
