First of all cider vinegar are NOT for drinking, they will soften your liver and your digestive system. They are meant to use for cooking & salads, so very little amount of that pass through your system but along with other foods. Same with Virgin Olive Oil. They are not meant for digesting together or alone.

Chefs used them for cooking, and vinegar specially are good for tenderizing tough meats. Imagine that happening to the rest of your organs, if used frequently. They loosen up and rips apart.

Drinking olive oil wont help anything. Replacing vegi oil or shortening with olive oil will lower your cholesterol and reduce calories. Rubbing olive oil on your skin will make it softer. Specially if you have rough skin. I put it on my hands and feet sometimes just before bed.

Apple cider vinegar will boost your metabolism. If you drink a little before a meal. It does not curb you appetite. It will actually make your stomach empty faster but it will make your body turn food into energy quicker. It also improves your digestive system and prevents UTI's.

User of both

Of course it doesn't unless the oil makes you feel so nauseous you don't fancy food.
"While long used as a folk remedy, apple cider vinegar became well known in the U.S. in the late 1950s, when it was promoted in the best-selling book Folk Medicine: A Vermont Doctor's Guide to Good Health by D. C. Jarvis. During the alternative medicine boom of recent years, apple cider vinegar pills have become a popular dietary supplement.

Since apple cider vinegar is an unproven treatment, there are no official recommendations on how to use it.
Insufficient Evidence to Rate Effectiveness for...

Weight loss, leg cramps and pain, unsettled stomach, sore throats, sinus problems, high blood pressure, arthritis, infection, osteoporosis, lowering cholesterol, improving circulation, acne, sunburn, shingles, bites, dandruff, vaginitis, and other conditions"

Best use them as salad dressing and call it a day.

I don't know about losing weight but I do know that Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar helps with digestion and other health issues...it can't be just any kind of apple cider vinegar. As for the olive oil, it needs to be extra virgin cold pressed or unfiltered. It's good to take a tablespoon or two of this everyday for your health. However, you must also have a good diet plan in place.

Could I suggest 2 parts olive oil, 1 part sunflower oil, 1 part ACV, good dash of balsamic, teat-spoon of good english mustard. Pinch of salt and pepper. Shake well, adjust to taste.

You get all the benefits and a really good salad dressing as well

I just know. They are amazing natural. Things.
