Somethings wrong in my private area. Please help. Adults only...?!

Question: Somethings wrong in my private area. Please help. Adults only...?
I am a male. 19 years old. Two days ago i found a pimple like thing above my penis. I ignored it. It vanished. But then i got a new one in between my testicle and penis. Its big (a inch in diameter) compared to the first one and it pains a lot. I am totally confused as i never faced such problem earlier. I dont know what to do. I cant show it to anyone and i hesitate to go to the doctor. Can anyone tell me what is it ? Its pains like hell even when i walk, sit in fact all time. Please help me get rid of it.

Answers:

Agreed... syphilis is NON-painful lesions.

If it's a pustule (puss on it like a pimple) then it does sound more like a boil or furuncle (infected hair follicle.) If it's more like a blister, it could be herpes or another STI called Hemophilus ducreyi.

Either way, you're best advised to see a doc for diagnosis and treatment. There are free "STI clinics" in most major cities around the world that allow patients to remain anonymous, if you're too embarrassed to see your regular doc, or are concerned about privacy.

a painful zit or boil on your genitals is NOT a symptom of syphllys. A painless one IS.
However, your doctor is the best one to make that determination, not a bunch of bored folks on this site.

What you describe sounds like a boil or 2 and can come in stages and more than one at a time.

By all means, see your doctor if you have had unprotected sex.
Syphylis is deadly and it could well be that.
Better to be safe than sorry.

Sounds like a boil. Pretty common in the groin. It is easy enough to google pictures and how to treat them, but bear in mind that if it is that large, I would highly suggest seeing a physician. Antibiotics might be a very good idea.

It's syphilis. See a doctor or it can get fatal.

what Jozo said. You need to see a doctor really, really fast.
