i have no idea what they are but im guessing the outcome won't be a great one :/ why can't people just smoke weed these days and just "chill"

Acetaminophen causes sever liver damage if abused multiple times over a period of time. Have her quit mixing pills and maybe supply her with just 1 tab or 1 xanax bar. Honestly all depression or stress will go away with these. Even smoking pot will help and thats not even dangerous at all. However mixing anything with too much acetaminophen is more dangerous than a tab, a bar, and definitely weed. XTC will offset ANY depressive feelings she is feeling and make her appreciate life a lot more, and everything she has other than what shes missing. She wont become addicted (she may want to do it again but not from addiction) but it will also help her realize she needs to quit doing what shes doing. MDMA (main ingredient in most tabs) used to be perscribed to people for these exact issues, marrital issues, and post tramatic stress. It just became illegal from the commercial street use.

So yea have her take 1 tab, some 5-HTP pills (replenishes serotonin to prevent any sort of comedown) and she will be okay. Try to find the purest tab you can. Whichever one has the most MDMA in it is the best for this situation

Those medicines together are fine.. 10 pills of EACH is ridiculous and signs of either addiction, stupidity, or wanting to commit suicide. Acetaminophen is just Tylenol,Guaifesen is just cough medicine for mucus and Metformin is a diabetes medicine...if she is taking the third one,without Diabetes...she needs help to find out why she is taking ALOT of drugs that she doesn't need. That trait alone is what you should worry about most. I wish you and "your friend" luck,be CAREFUL!
