What could I have?!?!?!

Question: What could I have?!?!?
Thursday through Saturday I was at a youth retreat anc felt fine.
Sunday after getting an average of 5 hours of sleep the previous nights I began coughing slightly but other than that I was fine. Later that night I joked with my dad that I was sick and I was not going to ggo to school the next day. But obviously I was just being a normal teenager.
Monday I hadn't gotten any sleep the night before. I woke up feeling really hot and achy. I was still coughing but more severly and my throat began to hurt. I did not have a fever but I was warm to the touch. I did not go to the doctor instead I took dayquil and hoped I would be better in the morning. Later that night I felt fine and had every intention of going to school the next day. That nigght I took nyquil.
Tuesday I woke up feeling achy and coghing with a throbbing throat. I took a shower and didn't feel any different. I took dayquil and was starting to feel better I went to the doctor and was tested for strep but the test came back negative. So the doctor diagnose me with walking phneumonia and perscribed me with zithromax 5 day pack. I went home and took my first dosage and by the end of the night I felt fine.
Wednesday I was feeling a ton better and woke up took my medicine and went to school. I was sucking on cough drops cause i was still coughingg and my throat killed.I was in my fourth hour class which was advanced foods. My partner and I were making this blackberrycake thing, the batter looked funny so I tasted it. About ten minutes while I was washing the dishes I. Felt a sharp pain in my lower abdominal area I began to feel really hot so I went to the office and went home in the car I puked up stomach bile. When I got home I started to feel better but every now and then I felt that sharp pain again. Later that nigght I felt fine again.
Today I woke up again to aches and feeling really hot. When I would stand I would feel lightheaded. Once again coughing and painful throat. I took my meds and I feel the same.

That's really a good question to be asking your doctor. With those symptoms, it could be several things ranging from a fever to the flu or worse. Over the internet, we can't do any tests or have lab work done to adequately say what you've got, but we can only guess (which may be a wrong guess), but your doctor can do all of those and give a much better educated guess than we can. Even the symptom indicator at WebMD gives several possibilities... you really should ask your doctor. Good luck and I hope I helped!
