B vitamins, Magnesium, and calcium.



There is no vitamin that is specifically for stress. Just like certain diseases, there is no cure, there are only treatments. There are a few quick and simply things you can do to help relieve stress. The first and simplest is to just breathe deeply, it might sound stupid, but closing your eyes and taking in 10 or 15 really deep breaths can be greatly relaxing. Second, have a hot drink, perhaps tea, it will give you a warming sensation and relieve you of any tenseness. Finally, you can buy a heating pack, more specifically, one that feels like a bean bag, but it goes around your neck. These are great for a couple reasons, it only takes about 1 minute to heat up in the microwave, and the scents given off will relax you.



B vitamins are very helpful. Some people confuse supplements in general with vitamins; there are a whole lot of herbal supplements that help a person adapt to stress called adaptogens.

GNC makes this supplement for women called Be-Restored. I used to take it until I started managing stress with meditation and mental exercises. I think it helps, and if it doesn't, it's got B vitamins and anti-oxidants which are great for you anyway.

Any of the B vitamins are good. Additionally, the antioxidants vitamin C, vitamin E, magnesium, and zinc, are all good to take if you are under stress.
