Have you ever this or you may have your friend using i-doser ? I watch some videos from youtube, and it looked creepy. is it even safe?

Safe, yes, it's just sound frequencies.
I have used it personally. I (at one time) had i-Cocaine, i-Viagra, and i-Smoke.
Really, it's never worked for me. Simply because these mp3s are around 40 minutes a piece. But it may work for other people.
Check Wikipedia and read on it, or just try it yourself. It isn't like it's illegal.
