I have this problem, when i go to the bathroom. When i go poop, it really hurts. Kind of like there's a knife coming out, when obviously there's not. And there's a LOT of blood. Sometimes, the blood comes out before i even actually poop. Most of it while it's coming out. The blood is red, which when i looked it up, means an outside hemorrhoid. And i can feel the bump on the outside.
Now here's where it gets strange. Afterward, my butt will burn for hours. And it's the most uncomfortable thing i've ever experienced. Then, i'll get REALLY cold. So cold that my body actually hurts and i have to go bury myself in blankets, shaking. I get a fever, usually around 101-102. The pain is horrible, but i eventually fall asleep. And when i wake up, which is usually an hour later, everything is fine. Fever is down, the burning is still there but tolerable. It's as if nothing happened.
This happens EVERY time i bleed when i go to the bathroom.
No where in any of the articles i read on hemorrhoids does it say any of this can or usually does happen.
I'm also constipated a LOT, which hurts so much more when you have a hemorrhoid. But the bleeding still occurs when i try to go. That might be important in this too.
I don't know if my age would matter for any of this, but i'm 18.
Please help! What's wrong with me? Has anyone else experienced this?
Also, please don't say "see a doctor" - by typing all this, i'm obviously avoiding that.

This sounds a lot the symptoms a friend of mine was having. There are a lot of things which you can try:
The first popular type is creams and ointments where a topical treatment is rubbed on your outer rectal area and aims to soothe blood vessels. This creates a relaxation of the tissue so that it does not bulge out so much. Once the tissue does not bulge, the hemorrhoid will be less likely to flare up. the concerning part is the fever and chills you experience.. that is not normal..how much blood are you losing? are you really petite? this is the concerning part.. the reaction of losing blood....
