It is well worth seeking Hypnotherapy to help you quit smoking. Hypnotherapy was found to be the single most effective treatment for quitting smoking in a study published in The Journal of Applied Psychology. It was found to be three times more effective than nicotine replacement therapy or will power alone.

It is not a 'miracle cure' but it will help you quit by increasing your motivation and helping you to find other ways of getting the 'reward' that you were getting from smoking. It will also give you useful resources to deal with difficult situations when you might feel tempted to start again.

If you decide to look for a hypnotherapist it pays to look for one with professional membership. Good examples would be:
The National Council for Hypnotherapy
The General Hypnotherapy Register

Good luck!

I am a professional Hypnotherapist ( and ex-smoker) based in Lincolnshire, UK.

Simply by stopping using sheer will power. My dad quit without any pills or patches and he was smoking for 19 years. Now he doesnt smoke. ( This was a long time ago) All you need is confidence and determination. Quitting raw can also be alot more impressive than quitting using medicine.

Just give yourself a huge dose of positive attitude and be amazed at the miracles you can create for yourself in your own life.

I TRYING MYSELF after many years i getting there 6weeks now.so should be easier for you..i found nick replacements are helping. i tried everything over the years it comes down to the old adage will power
