The only ones you can legally get OTC would be supplements (herbs and nutrients) that have been shown over time to help with sexual health (including Horny Goat Weed, which literally makes you horny). Many men have reported that some of these ingredients have increased blood flow to their genitals, which could temporarily increase the size of their penis (like a minute or two), but for a number of men, they don't last as long because the increased blood makes them more sensitive.
There are millions of men world wide that take various ingredients from the "male enhancement" pills (including those that don't take that specific brand) that get a lot of benefits from them, so the ingredients do give specific benefits.

Some of the main ingredients that you should be able to find in any of those stores would be Tribulus, Maca, Horny Goat Weed, Yohimbe, Avena Sativa, Tongkat Ali (or LongJax), L-Arginine, and L-Citrulline. Each of those help a different aspect of sexual health, so you might need to try a few.
One thing to note is that Yohimbe does have a warning that it may increase your blood pressure, so you have to watch out for that. Aside from that, they are all very effective for many people. Good luck and I hope I helped!

You MIGHT, and I mean MIGHT, ask the pharmacist, preferably an older man, if he can sell you some for cash out of pocket. Ask for if they still have the free samples first.

Otherwise you need a quick trip to a doctors office and get a script. you could probably go to one of those 1 hour doctor places like Patient First or MedExpress

also WARNING: Be VERY careful buying online. Viagras pretty easy to get online but it's also VERY easy to get scammed.
