According to most of the hits I see online, MindSoothe is basically just St. John's Wort and Passionflower. Both of those are perfectly safe with Relora (a simple combination of Magnolia and Phellodendron), but if you are taking any prescriptions or have any medical conditions, you'll want to check with your health care provider to see if it would be safe with those (a doctor or pharmacist can generally look it up in their database of drug and supplement interactions).
