urine- up to 30 days usually.. depending on how active you are and body fat percentage. heavier people tend to hold it longer.
blood- a few days.
hair follicle test- 6 months.
supposed to last in system about 30 days. Try going to GNC (the vitamin supplement place) and behind the counter, in a lock box, they have a liquid drink which is for "cleansing and detoxification for dieting". It's about $45-55 a bottle. Very helpful. I think its called Q-carb or something with a Q in the front.
don't smoke pot! that's probably the worst thing you could ever do!! believe me dude! it's a horrible experience! I did it for the first time about a month ago and haven't felt the same since! If you are a light smoker, the THC will not show up on a drug test after a few days. A heavy, daily smoker will test positive for a month or more.
It flushes put of your system anywhere between 2 days and a month. Drink a lot of orange juice!
