im sorry I didn't grasp the whole question yes I agree with the allergic reaction theory.. and I still think you need a doctor.
Nausea and vomiting, constipation, dizziness, and abdominal pain are common side effects that have been reported with Tylenol. Try drinking more water if you can. It'll flush the medicine out of your system faster. If the pains persist, make an appointment with your doctor.
