Well homeopathy is bunk, so it's not surprising it hasn't worked.

There are a number of topical preparations that your Doctor can prescribe, failing that, the Tetracycline antibiotics are often helpful. If you are female, some of the contraceptive Pills help- in particular Yasmin.

Hospital grade drugs like Roaccutane are only really used in worst case scenarios.

As you already know, pimples come from the sebaceous gland producing too much sebum.
That excess is the pimple.
Recently it was found that a high CBD cannabis fixes it.
What happens is that the CBD's modulate the output of the sebaceous gland and it returns to normal.
CBD's are a non-psychoactive component of cannabis.
My daughter is 12 and has the normal 12 year old complexion.
They take pictures on the first day of school.
She had a breakout about 2 weeks before pictures.
I had heard about the acne cure in a medical write up about a month before that.
I got some high CBD flower and made a tincture.
Long story short, her face was completely clear for photos.
I saw it happen. It works.
If you live in a medical cannabis state, I highly suggest you check it out.
The last time I was at the club, they had pre-made, high CBD tinctures.
Now I don't have to make my own.

have you ever tried epiduo? that really works for me. also make sure you wash you face with warm water and soap every night and morning or just warm water. some things you even eat could even cause zits. so just be careful or the things you eat and after you eat certain things see if you face complection changes.

You're wasting your money on quackery. If it's bothering you (and I assume it is seeing as you took the trouble to post about it) go and see a doctor - I mean a real one, medical school etc.

Truncal acne can oft be treated with a topical clindamycin preparation. I'd keep tetracycline antibiotics (doxycycline, minocycline, etc.) on the back, back burner. (And Accutane? as a last resort.)
