Enema, followed by magnesium citrate (you can get it at the drug store. sit on the toilet as soon as you drink it because you will crap yourself) if that doesnt work, followed by trip to the ER
A very common problem in nursing homes as they sometimes lack excitation to keep the body healthy. The immediate treatment is to insert the Fleet suppository . That will pull the natural body waters into the colon to soften the stool and then stimulate a colon contraction . Many places keep a record of body functions Hopefully you ate little . Also there are colon bacterial which cause this problem of unbalanced moisture.
high fiber diet (a sandwich of sprouted whole grain bread with raw bell pepper slices, tomatoes, spinach & it will come out in less than 4 hours!)
milk of magnesia
metamucil
psyllium husk fiber
black walnut caps (be careful with those they can give you diarreah if you take too many)
an enema probably will work, following directions. in the future, don't put it off. drink two glasses of warm water when you first get up, and wait half an hour before you eat. that simple system is all most folks need.
GO TO THE DOCTOR you have a obstruction
Emergency Room would be better
hand grenade up there then.go get some glycerin suppositories.and try lactolose that helps.if none of these things work see dr get enema
