How to get rid of mosquito bite scars?!

Okay so I highly attract mosquitos during the summer and I always end up scratching the heck out of mosquito bites and end up getting scars. They end up as purple blotches on my arms and legs. I am only 12 and have many on my legs atleast 40 on one. Now I have been putting this Palmers cocoa butter on for many months and I've even tried the Walgreens brand, I never receive results, well sometimes they'll get lighter but then they get brighter the next day or so. So is there any specific products that help a lot besides the cocoa butter? I really need help thanks!
