it's safe to drink, I can't help thinking you're over-reacting somewhat. It's not a strong acid and will only be a few percent anyway. If you want to taste it, then put a little onto a teaspoon and suck it into your mouth so you get plenty of air in with it. Swill it round your mouth to get the full taste.

You can spit or swallow as your inclination takes you. It makes a good salad dressing

I take just one tablespoon of this diluted into a glass of water so that it becomes bearable.

I guess it depends on how much you take. 1 teaspoon of pure apple cider vinegar I guess is ok but anything more than that, I'm not so sure as it has a highly acidic nature which might irritate the throat, tongue etc.

To drink apple cider vinegar, just take a glass full of water (warm it a bit if you like), and add one teaspoon of cider vinegar and an equal amount of honey or other sweetener. Sip it slowly before or with a meal. The taste is a bit like drinking coffee or beer for the first time--a bit of an adjustment, but most people quickly grow to love it. When you adjust, you can later begin to add up to a tablespoon to each glass of this ACV tonic.

Sure, there are people who take it straight like a shot of whiskey, but there isn't any reason to do so. You can dilute the apple cider vinegar as much as you like and still get the same benefits for weight loss and health!

yeah its pretty much the same as drinking regular vinegar. its not something you would like to do but it also wont cause any harm to you.

It's as safe as it is useless.
