The first answerer is right. NO explode or NO2 Ripped Cuts both work very well, and give you insane amounts of energy. I'm a pretty low-energy guy, and when I take energy drinks I never get a rush - just a crash about half an hour later. But when I take NO2 Ripped Cuts I get a huge burst of energy. Energy drinks just simply don't compare to NO2. However be careful in the long term because there is some controversy as to whether or not it's safe in the long term.

Food.....that other stuff is just for morons to take thier money. Real weightlifters don't use that stuff at all.
If you need energy, have a coffee.
Afterwards have a whey protein shake. There is doubt as to whether this really does anything or not. The average American diet has enough protein already to build muscle.
Drink lots of water and eat right.
