What happens if I swallow a chewable vitamin?!

Question: What happens if I swallow a chewable vitamin?
Does it decrease the effectiveness at all? Or maybe delay it? Thanks.

Answers:

Nothing bad. If it's chewed, it only takes less time for the nutrients to get absorbed. It'll just get dissolved by acids in your digestive system because it hasn't been chewed.

Nothing really, it's ingested in the same way. The chewable vitamins are for people who don't like swallowing tablets.

I think it would decrease efficacy bc it will take longer to digest if swallowed whole vs crushed
