Natural ways to stop constipation?!


Question: Natural ways to stop constipation?
What should I mostly eat or drink? I want to avoid medications and laxatives.

Don't go "all out" on the fiber and build up slowly...Too much too soon will bind you up even tighter.

Biggest thing, you may not be drinking enough water. Dehydration will make constipation even worse.

Use lots of fiber rich diet,green vegitables ,fruits like guvaba,
avoid juice,junk food ,
At bed time take 1 glass full of milk with much suger.
Take 2 glass of luke worm water in early morning after doing brush
Do a litbit walk

Prune juice and high fiber foods. The fiber may make you a little gassy, but it'll help clear you out. My mom also used to tell me not to eat too many grapes because they'd give me diarrhea. I don't know if it's true that grapes loosen the stools, but I think grapes are yummy, so it can't hurt. And avoid cheeses (they tend to block you up)

Barring that, you could always try Taco Bell (haha).



Natural ways to stop and relieve constipation, eat high fiber diet such as spinach, pineapples, papaya and prunes. Keep your self hydrated and do regular exercise. Exercise at least 30 minutes a day such brisk walking can help improve bowel digestion.

Also:
Healthy breakfast cereals (either "all bran" or a good muesli)
Brown bread not white
Reduce dairy product intake

And make sure you're getting plenty of exercise - i.e walk more!

And if none of that's working, use enemas and suppositories as required
