I once smoked pot everyday while I had a cold. My throat felt like utter **** and I had an @$$load of phlegm. That's about it, I'm fine now.
When I'm sick I try to avoid smoking weed. Smoking damages your body and makes your immune system weaker. You can actually get sick again if you continue to smoke while you are sick. I usually use a vaporizer when I'm sick, simply because smoking hurts when you're sick and because of the reasons I said before. Get better!
