A few techniques:

A. Store in a glass bottle a mixture of powdered almonds,mishri and saunf.These 3 should be taken in equal amounts,before grinding them into a powder.

Daily night before sleeping(4-5 hrs. after dinner),eat 10 gms of this powdered mixture, with 250 gms. milk.Continue this treatment for 40 days.
Avoid eating/drinking anything for 2 hrs. afterwards(except water if you feel thirsty)
